El sitio completo de MHEC puede ser obtenido en un solo archivo y luego puede ser visto por cualquier persona en una computadora sin acceso a la Internet.

1. Bajar archivo ".exe" en enlace de abajo (unos 600KB).
2. Correr ese archivo para expandir sitio en directorio que elija.
3. Para ver sitio luego abrir archivo "index.html" que va a ser creado.
